CenterPoint's history in Texas retail reaches to the 1930s, and this corner tells it best. A Phillips 66 station became a restaurant, then fed the neighborhood for decades as the American Lunch Room — each era updated by the generation that inherited it. Today the next generation keeps the habit at Northridge, Ross Avenue, and Town East: take what the last era built, and make it work for this one. Formed in 2001, the firm runs on that instinct — and on treating every property like it carries the family name.
